수종 치과용 알지네이트 인상재와 석고 모형재의 친화성에 관한 실험적 연구

Abstract
결론
현재 국내에서 유통되고 있는 치과용 알지네이트 인상재줄 8종, 석고 모형재중 5종을 선
택하여 세계표준기구규격 제1563호 및 대한치과의사협회규격 제8호에 규정된 석고 모형재와
의 친화성 측정방법을 이용, 친화성을 평가한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 실험에 사용한 알지네이트 인상재와 석고 모형재는 대부분 50μm넓이 선을 재현하였
다.
2. 무분진형에서는 DE-YP가, 재래형에서는 KA-YP, -BH ; PA-YP, -GC ; CO-YP,-BH
;CA-SR, -YP, -GC가 친화성이 가장 우수했다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the compatibility of some alginate
impression materials with gypsum products. 4 conventional alginate impression materials,
4 dust-free alginate impression materials, and 5 gypsum Products were used in this
study. Compatibility of alginate impression materials with gypsum Products were
evaluated according to ISO No. 1563 and Korean Dental Association specification No. 8.
The results were as follows:
1. Most of tested alginate impression materials and gypsum Products were reproduced
the 501m line except PF-SR.
2. DE-YP in dust-free alginate impression material and KA-YP, KA-BH, PA-YP,
PA-GC, CO-YP, CO-BH , CA-SR, CA-YP, and CA-GC in conventional alginate
impression materials were presented most excellent compatibility.
